Spend upwards of $40 every week or so in laundry. Brought laundry in ahead of 9AM. Long line ahead of me and only one counter being staffed to drop off laundry. By the time I was finally served, it was 9:09AM. Very rude staff told me I would not get my laundry back that same day even though the delay was the fault of the poor staffing and inefficiency at the store and not due to my actions. Staff seem not to care if customers return or provide repeat business. There is very poor oversight of the staff.

Spoke to manager when I picked up my clothes. She made excuses for not keeping to their advertised promise of "in by 9, out by 5" by justifying the fact that the staff that process the dry cleaning have to leave by 3pm whether customers are served or not. I asked why they do not hire adequate staff to service the demand, and she made some excuse about not being able to hire! Wonder why?

Staff often stand around chatting in the back area while only one counter is open for business in front. Also, often return items as not cleaned for trivial reasons and then do not offer refund because they charge upfront for all the garments.

Often, the policies are reinvented by the counter staff. One woman would not let me pay by credit card even though my total was in excess of $20. (The rule is that customers can use cc if the total excceeds $10). They made me go to the on-site ATM, where I had to pay a bank fee for use of ATM.

At other times, they refuse to reimburse for clothes that they did not dry clean even though they collect the fee up front.

Absolutely poor customer service from nearly all of the employees. Only one guy is polite and helpful as they all should be trained to be. Also, it is a free for all with improper supervision.

Refused to provide franchise owner's number. Store managers are belligerent and make excuses for rude staff.

When I asked for help taking the large number of garments to the car, was told by a super apathetic guy to make multiple trips, they would not help.

Sometimes, the garments are returned with the appearance of not being cleaned but there is no customer service and no one on site that is responsive.

Have left messages for their corporate customer service but this does not seem to be a priority as most of the "manned" lines at their corporate HQ are for selling franchises etc..

The actual owner's contact info and the name of the store managers should be printed on the receipt handed to customers.

Do not want to provide business to this branch again.
