I brought two sweaters to be cleaned that were new and got them back totally shrunk and ruined. When I asked to speak to the manager she was not available.

After 3 visits I finally caught her there and she was beyond rude!!!! She answered YEA cant do anything for you!!! Really is this customer service. Their receipt has not responsible for buttons zippers belts, shrinking or color changes!!

seriously what are you responsible for!! They continue to give you a run around then they stretched the sweaters without my permission to make them look like they are not shrunk!! This made them look worse. They have many complaints none are settled as they refuse to see or talk to you.

people just give up which is what they want. I may have ruined sweaters yet iI will write every review I can find to keep people from dealing with these losers!! I Please NEVER use them!! Wrote to BBB and they contacted them they blamed it on the manufacturer funny bought these sweaters for 20 years never a problem.

The problem is them also you get the sweaters back with a terrible smell and stains that are new when returned. Timonium MD
